A $30,000 grant from the William E. Schmidt  Foundation  is enhancing the University's ability to offer life-changing educational experiences in the Department of Music. This grant, that created the Schmidt Opera Series, has provided the University of Evansville's Opera the financial capability to climb to the next level of competitiveness and technical competence in Opera performance. Pictured are UE Opera students who performed in "The Marriage of Figaro."
